September Moon Balloon

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES

September morning moonbeams

light the side of our gondola.

We cruise the western horizon

in our hot air balloon.

Aurora fairies fly next to us

and swing upon the ballast ropes.

Twinkling eyes glitter in the

waning dark

as they speed off to greet the rising sun.

Higher we rise,

the naked flame of the burner roars.

Our cheeks tingle in the icy troposphere.

We watch a coral glow rise across

terra below.

Slowly it changes to yellow

and then a green tapestry

of textures and shades.

The impression of tiny lives below

are far away,

and we unyoke from the weight

of daily affairs.SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES
